BED AND BREAKFAST

Lyncombe House was built in 1785 as a Woollen Store. Today it is an elegant period town house just around the corner from the Market Place and the centre of Tetbury. Local Pubs, restaurants and shops are all within a short level walking distance. Wedding venues such as Calcot Manor, Kingscote Barn, The Great Oak Hall at Westonbirt and The Matara Centre are all just a ten minute drive away. The Great Tythe Barn is just a ten minute walk away. Situated in Silver Street, Lyncombe House is easy to recognise as it is the only house set back from the road with wrought iron gates opening onto a private courtyard. Guests are welcome to park their car here when staying with us.
There is a 1st floor terrace where, weather permitting, guests can relax after a long journey and enjoy a welcome drink.
Lyncombe House has a non smoking policy and regrettably we do not take pets.
A comprehensive breakfast is served in our spacious and comfortable lounge/diner. Guests can choose from continental breakfast, full English breakfast or more healthy options. There is always plenty of fresh fruit available; free range eggs and local produce are used where possible. With a little notice we are happy to cater for all dietary requirements.
We like to think we provide a high standard of quality and service in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
ACCOMMODATION
Stay with us in comfort and style. As a couple you have your own private floor of the house. Everything has been thought of to make your stay with us relaxing and enjoyable. We only book in one couple and this becomes a luxurious suite.
There is another double bedroom on the same floor. If you have family or friends wishing to stay this makes an ideal space for up to 4 people.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with Egyptian Cotton linen, chaise longue, armchair, writing desk and chair, ample wardrobe space, generous hospitality tray, mini fridge, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, flat screen T.V. with built in freeview, DVD Player, digital clock radio and free wireless internet access. Both rooms are light and airy, have a large window and are on the 2nd floor.
The bathroom has a large separate shower and bath with shower over. There is an extensive range of quality toiletries, bath robes, slippers, electric shaver socket and many personal extras.
